How to Send Your Hair Sample for Testing
To ensure accurate results, please follow these guidelines when collecting your hair sample:
1️⃣ Natural Hair Only – The sample must be from untreated hair. Dyed, bleached, or chemically treated hair cannot be used.
2️⃣ Any Body Hair is Acceptable – You can take the sample from your head, arms, legs, chest, or any other part of the body.
3️⃣ Sample Size – A small amount is sufficient—about 5-10 strands or a small clump (if cut hair) is ideal.
4️⃣ Freshly Washed & Dry Hair – Ensure your hair is clean and free from styling products, oils, or sprays.
5️⃣ How to Collect the Sample – Cut or pluck a few strands as close to the root as possible. Place the sample in a small paper envelope or glass container (avoid plastic bags, as they can create static and affect the sample).
6️⃣ Sending Your Sample – Clearly label the envelope with your name and order reference number, then post it to the address provided upon booking your test.
