Acute Consultation
Sometimes we just need support for something that has come up recently. Quick consultations are designed for those acute situations -when symptoms are new or have been around for just a 3/4 weeks.
These sessions last up to 30 minutes and are suitable for both children and adults. I’ll take time to hear what’s going on and then match you with a remedy that fits your current situation.
The remedy can be picked up at your local shop, or I can provide it for you. You’ll also receive clear guidance on how to take it, so you feel confident moving forward.
If things change or you’d like more ongoing support, we can easily arrange a follow-up to keep your care on track.

Initial Consultation
During your first consultation, we will have an in depth conversation lasting around 1 to 1.5 hours.
I will take time to understand not only your physical symptoms, but also your emotional wellbeing, your lifestyle, and how your health is affecting you day to day.
This holistic approach helps me understand you as a whole and find the most suitable remedy for you.
In our safe and confidential space, we will talk about:
• the main reason for your visit and any other concerns that may be connected
• your medical history, including any current medications
• your family health background
• your emotions, thoughts, and personal experiences
There is no pressure, and you can share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
Based on this, I will select a homeopathic remedy that matches your individual needs.
After the consultation, your remedy will be prepared and sent to you by post, along with clear guidance on how to take it.
A follow up appointment is usually arranged after 4 to 6 weeks to see how you are getting on and to support you further if needed.

Bach Flower Therapy, developed by Dr Edward Bach, uses natural flower essences to support emotional wellbeing in a gentle and simple way.
There are 38 remedies, each helping with different emotional states such as stress, anxiety, fear, or feeling low.
These remedies can be combined to create a blend that suits your individual needs.

Hair Analysis
Hair analysis is a non invasive method that can offer valuable insight into your body’s internal balance.

Through hair analysis, we can observe:

This information helps us understand where your body may need support.

Once your hair sample is received, your results are prepared and sent directly to you by email.
This usually takes up to three working days.

We will begin by discussing your symptoms, lifestyle, and overall well-being. From there, we will select the most appropriate hair tests tailored to address your specific physical ailments. These tests allow us to evaluate your organs and identify areas that may require special attention.
Using the NLS method, we can gain valuable insights into which remedies, supplements, or herbs could support your healing process. This combination of personalized analysis and testing helps us create the most effective treatment plan for you.
Hair results will be available within 3-5 days after the consultation. With all the information gathered, we will then prescribe a treatment plan designed to restore balance and improve your health.
